Customize Your Own Cup
Customization Cup Instructions:

Step 1: Please choose which cup you would like to customize and add it to your cart. You can choose from a:
-16oz Clear Glass Cup
-10oz Plastic Kids Sippy Cup
-16oz Glass Snowglobe cup (filled with a liquid and glitter, similar to a snow globe but in a cup shape)
-12oz Plastic Snowglobe Cup. (filled with a liquid and glitter, similar to a snow globe but in a cup shape)
-16oz Plastic Ombre Cup
-16oz Plastic Solid Color Cup
-16oz Clear Plastic Cup
-16oz Stainless Steel Tumbler with Handle and straw
-15oz Clear Glass or Ombre Mug with Handle and Straw
-20oz Stainless Steel Tumbler with Flip Straw
-30oz Stainless Steel Tumbler with flip straw and handle.

When adding the cup of your choice to the cart you will be asked the type of flow you would like as well as the color glitters you would like. Please see flow descriptions below.

Snowglobe Cups: These are the three different types of snowglobe designs
1. Fast Flow - The glitter will move in the cup (like a snow globe). Please keep in mind the glitter will eventually settle to the bottom and top of cup, until shaken again.
​
2. Suspended Flow: The glitter is suspended in place for a longer period of time until shaken again.
Please keep in mind the glitter will eventually settle to the bottom and top of cup, until shaken again.

3. Suspended Still: The glitter WILL NOT move.

Step 2: Please choose which Decal Cup design you would like for your customized cup and add it to your cart. Please feel free to check out our add on items if you would like to enhance the look of your cup.

Step 3: Check out ( you should have both a blank cup of your choice and the Decal Cup Design of your choice in your cart.)

Payment Options:
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be redirected to proceed with paying with a debit or credit card after selecting PayPal at check out.
(Please note the Decal Cup Designs are NOT sold separately. (Your order will be CANCELLED if there is an order placed with just Decal Cup Designs.)

Cup Care Instructions:
PLEASE HANDLE SNOWGLOBE CUPS WITH CARE:
-They are to be hand washed with cool to warm water.
-Not dishwasher safe (as the heat and steam can make the decal peel over time).
-Do not Microwave
-Do not leave outside in extreme heat or hot car
-Not recommended for extremely hot beverages.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or modified. Please ensure all orders and personal information is correct before placing your order.

Refund Policy:
We take pride in creating unique and detailed designs for each of our customers. Please note that all sales are final due to the dedication and effort put into each cup. We appreciate your understanding.

Damaged or Defective Items:
We appreciate your choice of our products. We ensure each order is packaged securely, although we have no control of USPS' handling of our packages. If you receive a damaged or defective cup we kindly apologize and request you to contact us within 24 hours of receiving, with a photo of the damages. We will promptly assess the damages and process any approved replacements or refunds to ensure your satisfaction.
